PROJECT LEVEL HYDROGEOLOGIST
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess between 4 to 8 years of experience in conducting soil and groundwater characterization/remediation projects and/or groundwater resource evaluations including: design, installation and monitoring of monitoring wells; design and analysis of aquifer tests; development of groundwater models; management and interpretation of chemical data; regulatory compliance; and demonstrated proficiency in report writing.
Candidates should have a BS/MS in geology/hydrogeology and/or related degree in engineering or earth sciences. Professional registration is highly desirable. Professional writing skills are a necessity. Occasional out-of-town travel is required.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for directing and managing a variety of office and field related engineering tasks on various environmental investigation and remediation projects. Specific tasks will include preparing work plans; overseeing field investigations; operation, maintenance, monitoring and reporting for remedial systems; subcontractor management; remediation system design, construction management, and report writing. The Project Engineer will also be responsible for task management including budget and schedule control, and client and regulatory agency interaction.
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in the following:
- Working knowledge and experience in evaluation and implementation of remedial alternatives;
- Preparation of proposals, work plans, periodic monitoring reports, cost estimates, and reports documenting field and remedial activities;
- Design, construction, and operation of remediation systems for contaminated soil, soil vapor, and groundwater;
- Preparation of feasibility studies and engineering design reports;
- Excellent written/verbal communication and teamwork skills and practical problem solving abilities.
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training certificate with current 8 hr refresher; and
- California professional engineers registration (or EIT with plans to take PE test).

Seattle, Washington
PROJECT/SENIOR ENGINEER
Project/Senior Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to direct and manage a variety of office and field related engineering tasks. A BS/MS in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical engineering and Washington or Oregon professional engineering registration required. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and have excellent verbal/written communication skills. Project responsibilities include: conducting feasibility studies; cost estimating; remediation system design and operation, construction management, and report writing. Applicant must also have demonstrated experience in project management, and client and regulatory agency interaction. Civil design and/or stormwater management experience a plus.
